2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.12.2022.

4. The victim girl was on the verge of majority and it appears to be a case of elopement.

5. Considering the facts as mentioned above, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
