The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in nutshell is that petitioner and co-accused persons came to the house of informant and started abusing. When the mother of informant protested, all the accused persons assaulted her. It is further alleged that petitioner and co-accused persons also assaulted the petitioner. It is specific allegation against petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by Farsa, causing head injuries to the informant.

No.37929 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that both parties are agnates. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side also received injuries. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Saran, Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 464 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
