JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard Sri Randhir Kumar no.1, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Bachan Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.10.2015 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no.213 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor opposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner submits that huge quantity of countrymade liquor was recovered, whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 48 Liters of country-made liquor was recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55389 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody and clean antecedent, which has been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition, let the petitioner, namely, Ranjeet Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no.213/2015.
