Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 263 of 2022 arising out of Daraunda P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused in looting of a jewellery shop and the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that Pancham Nat who had

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No. 263 of 2022 arising out of Daraunda P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022. The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on 1st & 4th Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
