JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is languishing in jail since 06.08.2015 in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour, statement to that effect has been made in para 11 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That although the petitioner is ready to keep the

It is further submitted that similar was the stand of the petitioner before the learned court below but the complainant refused to accept the same.
Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 839C of 2014.
