2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 24.07.2024.

4. The trial court report reveals that in this case, charge has already been framed on 28.05.2025 and out of ten chargesheeted witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined.
