It appears from the record that according to the university, all the retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid. The M.J.C. No. 309 of 2012 filed by the petitioner was also disposed of vide Annexure-5 holding that the order of the Court has already been complied.

Still learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain dues have not been paid till date but it does not clear from the paragraph-1 i.e. the relief portion as to what dues are still required to be paid by the university as a vague relief has been sought that all the

Patna High Court CWJC No.779 of 2016 dt.18-05-2016 2/2 retiral dues amounts, for example, i.e. leave encashment could not be paid. It is apparent from the appended document dated 03.04.2012 issued by the university addressed to the petitioner that leave encashment has been shown to be nil minus thirty days and the petitioner has not challenged that decision of the university. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case some amounts still remain to be paid by the university then a representation should be filed by him which should be disposed of by the Registrar, L.N.
