2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.119 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, the daughter of the informant was tortured by all the accused persons including the petitioners for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by way of a bullet motorcycle. It is stated that she was physically and mentally tortured, ultimately done to death and body was disposed off.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners are neither family members of the husband of the deceased nor they are their blood relatives. They are quite unconcerned with their affairs. The petitioner nos.1 to 6 have no criminal antecedent and the petitioner no.7 has one criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
