Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 27-082015 on the accusation that one loaded country-made Katta was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity.

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against him has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
