Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 731 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448/341/323/324/307/379/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the compromise, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
While accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the compromise petition. If the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46683 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 compromise petition is found genuine, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted and if the compromise is found forged, the petitioner shall be taken into custody. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 731 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
