BAJANTHRI) 26-06-2024 On 15.05.2024 the following order was passed : "During the course of correction of draft dated 13.05.2024, we have noticed that agreement dated 26.02.2024 is silent about Miscellaneous Appeal No. 552 of 2018 insofar as withdrawing. Therefore, the appellant is required to file supplementary affidavit specifically stating that she is withdrawing the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 552 of 2018 and she has no objection insofar as order of the Family Court which is impugned in the present Miscellaneous Appeal read with the fact that she has entered into agreement of settlement with respondent - Amresh Kumar. If such supplementary affidavit is filed, the same would be taken note of and we would proceed with the permission to

Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the appellant and opposite party/defendant on 04.06.2024. In light of the supplementary affidavit appellant is permitted to withdraw M.A. No. 552 of 2018.

Accordingly, M.A. No, 552 of 2018 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
