Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he had gone to his native village to see his ailing mother as a result of which when the case was called out on 01.02.2018 he could appear and the case was dismissed for want of prosecution. Having regard to the submissions made above, the application is allowed. CWJC No. 992 of 1995 is restored to its original file.
