During the pendency of the writ application petitioner has received substantial payment, however, it is stated in paragraph '3' of the supplementary affidavit that the following payments have not been made to the petitioner. Paragraph '3' of the supplementary affidavit is being extracted hereunder for a ready reference:- "3. That, following amounts have not been paid by respondent J. P. University, Chaprai. Group Insurance with 12 1⁄2% compound interest (part payment has been made).

Patna High Court CWJC No.12691 of 2019(5) dt.21-09-2020 2/3 ii. U.G.C. revised pay scale difference from 01.01.1996 to December 2005 (Professor Scale). iii. U.G.C. revised pay scale difference from 01.01.2006 to till retirement (some amount paid D.A. difference of salary w.e.f. 01.01.1986 to December 1989) iv. I.R. from June 1983 to December 1985.

v. D.D.A. from April 01.01.1990 to October vi. H.R.A."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the petitioner is granted liberty to represent his remaining claims as stated above within a period of ten weeks from today before the Registrar J.P. University (respondent no. 5) who may consider the representation/claims of the petitioner and dispose of the same with a reasoned order.

Mr. Nagendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the J.P. University agrees with the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner.

According this writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his claims as stated in paragraph '3' of the supplementary affidavit within a period of ten weeks from today before the respondent no.5. On receipt of the said claims respondent no.5 shall consider the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the claim. In case the claim is accepted either in full and in part, the admitted amount shall be paid within next one month. If any of the claim is not admitted the reasons thereof will be provided to the
