Patna High Court SLA No.1 of 2018 (4) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code, no evidence was produced by the petitioner.

The opposite parties were examined under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and they denied the allegation. The Trial Court, therefore, acquitted the opposite parties of all charges.

No fault could be found with the aforesaid judgment and order of acquittal.
