The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, one Mukesh Kumar was apprehended, who confessed his guilt having his hand in the present occurrence and also disclosed the name of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner was accused in Simri (Darbhanga) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 due to that reason police got managed to implicate the petitioner in the present case.

No.37113 of 2019(3) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
