JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners and several other persons are said to have blocked the public road and ransacked the vehicles and other properties. Moreover, co-accused Kunal Kumar having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioners, namely, Sahid Hussain @ Babloo and Samiullah @ Sonu Mian be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58038 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.238 of 2015.
