JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 This modification application is filed for correction in the parentage of the petitioner Sanjay Kumar Gupta which reads 'Arun Kumar Gupta' in place of 'Amar Kumar Gupta'. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that the error has occasioned because a typographical error did occur in the Vakalatnama filed at the writ proceedings stage which could not be detected at the relevant time and hence this application. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the error is bonafide which is sought to be corrected by filing a fresh Vakalatnama in the present

Patna High Court MJC No.756 of 2018 (4) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 proceedings, let the parentage of the petitioner as mentioned in the judgment and order dated 13.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1822 of 2016 be modified to read as 'Amar Kumar Gupta' in place of 'Arun Kumar Gupta' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.

The memo of parties as occurring in the judgment and order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1822 of 2016 dated 13.12.2017 stands modified to such extent.

This application is allowed.
