The petitioner seeks bail in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 438/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that while informant was going to purchase medicine, petitioner along with other accused persons surrounded him. It is alleged that Arjun Singh assaulted with knife on five places on the head of informant causing him injury. Thereafter he gave knife blow on the neck of informant. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife causing injury on his left arm and right palm of hand.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36986 of 2019(4) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 there is allegation against this petitioner of giving Chaku blow on the left hand and right palm of hand of informant, which are not vital part of body.

Injury report is available in case diary, wherein doctor has found six injuries on the body of informant. The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury in the right palm of hand of informant.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 438/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
