Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.187 of 2023, registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order, on the same day, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37559 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 accordance with law considering that the petitioner is a lady and has no criminal antecedent and also there is no recovery from her conscious possession.
