JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 The learned counsel for the contemnors submits that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of, has already been complied with, inasmuch as the benefits of 3rd M.A.C.P. has been granted to the petitioner w.e.f. 29.01.2009 by a notification dated 15.05.2019, as would be apparent from the facts as also the documents annexed to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 5 today.
