Shri Vikash Kumar, appearing for the respondents, states that pursuant to the orders issued by this Court, the land was demarcated and it was found that nine persons, including

Thus, according to the learned counsel, the present petition has become infructuous. Perhaps, it is for this reason that none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
