JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for near about 10 years but while rejecting the bail petition of the petitioner; learned Sessions Judge gave a liberty to petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after three months if his trial is not concluded. In my view, petitioner may avail the aforesaid opportunity at appropriate stage as observed by learned Sessions Judge and, accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Samastipur stands rejected.
However, it is made clear that this order shall not cause
