The stand of the Union of Indian is that during pendency of the writ petition, as per recommendations of the Compassionate Appointment Committee dated 18/19.01.2018, the petitioner has been

It is submitted that the final appointment of the petitioner will be done after verification of credentials and completing other formalities. 4 In view of this stand of the Union of India, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. The same is, therefore, disposed of.
