2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a), 30 (C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2018.

3. It is alleged that 10 liters of country made mahua liquor kept in container was recovered from the spot.

4. In this case , illicit liquor has been recovered from place and only on the basis of suspicion petitioner has been made accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Court No. 1 Aurangabad Bihar in connection with Barun Police Station Case No. 126 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
