JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 It appears that vide order dated 18.12.2015 petitioner Mukesh Kumar has been granted regular bail in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh) P.S. Case No. 597 of 2015 but in the order sheet inadvertently it has been typed as "let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail".

Hence, let in the second paragraph of the order be read as "petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 22 and 24 of the NDPS Act" and in last paragraph of the order be read as "considering the recovery of contraband of lower side of small quantity, let the above named petitioner be released on bail" instead of "anticipatory bail".
