JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 27-06-2018 The writ petition in question was filed challenging the selection process initiated by making vague and unspecified allegations and finding the irregularities not to be satisfied, the learned Writ Court has refused to interfere into the matter. Now

Patna High Court LPA No.301 of 2018 dt.27-06-2018 2/2 with regard to the selection in question in the backdrop of the nature of allegation made which is not specific without giving any details, even the nature of allegations and particulars of the candidate, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The Writ Court has rightly dismissed the writ petition. We find no error in the order passed by the Writ Court warranting reconsideration on the basis of vague and unspecified allegations of irregularities and indulgence into the matter exercising extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution is not called for. Apart from the fact that the allegations have not also been specified, even the selected candidates have not been impleaded as a party, therefore, the writ petition itself was not maintainable.
