The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lalganj P.S. Case No.129 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of liquor was made from the bush in the field situated by the side of the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no knowledge that who had kept the liquor. It is an open place but the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the recovery of liquor is made from the bush in the field situated by the side of the house of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34924 of 2020(2) dt.16-03-2021 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.
