Case No. 330/2013 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.
In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
