2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Garkha P.S. Case No. 567 of 2022 registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 376, 511, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, having found the informant alone, the petitioner entered into her house and attempted to commit rape upon her. On protest, the petitioner assaulted the informant by knife, as a result of which, she sustained bleeding injury.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that both the parties are agnates. The injury report is still awaited. The case was lodged after 22 days of the occurrence. The

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 567 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
