The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22964 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Muzaffarpur and he was to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order but due to some reason he could not surrender within time. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12376 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 22964 of 2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
