JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught with stolen motorcycle but from perusal of impugned order, it would appear that even after completion of investigation, the I.O. failed to trace out as to whether the seized motorcycle was stolen property or not. Moreover, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24-032015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
