2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing Respondents authority to investigate the Raxaul P.S. Case No. 251/2024 in proper manner and to insure the safety of the petitioner and also to arrest the accused.

(ii) For issuance of writ/writs or directing to the respondents authority to conduct fair and unbiased investigation so that the accused must be apprehended.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1153 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 petitioner to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari, for redressal of his grievance.
