This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019 (G.R. No.2405 of 2019) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

Finding no evidence against the petitioner, the Police exonerated him and submitted final form but the Court below differing with the same, has taken cognizance against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
