====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 281 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, learned counsels for the parties submit

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39761 of 2024(5) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 that during the pendency of this case, both the parties have compromised the present case (Annexure-P/3).

4. Having considered the fact that both parties have compromised the present case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 281 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
