====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 The present contempt petition has been filed complaining of non-compliance of the order dated 29.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 615 of 2017.

The learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed a show cause wherein it has been stated that the order of this Court has already been complied with inasmuch as the Director, Bihar State Water & Clean Mission, Public Health Engineering Department, Vishwesaraiya Bhawan, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 23.10.2018.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, the present contempt petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 23.10.2018, if so advised. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
