Petitioner is named but there is only specific allegation against him that he snatched pistol from the Officer in charge. It is admitted case of the informant that aforesaid pistol was returned later on. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015.
