2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the paragraph no. 1, 7 and the prayer portion of the application. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

3. The present application has been filed seeking the modification in the judgment dated 18.08.2017.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that C.W.J.C. No. 7385 of 2015 filed by the petitioner was disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to move before the Appellate Authority. However, it was submitted that the Appellate Authority is the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur as not the State Appellate Authority, as has been typed in the judgment dated 18.08.2017 passed in the C.W.J.C. No. 7385 of 2015 at paragraphs no. 2 and 5 of the same.

5. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the position.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid, let the reference to the State Appellate Authority in paragraphs no. 2 and 5 of the judgment dated 18.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7385 of 2015 be read as District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur. The rest of the order shall remain

7. The application stands disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
