The instant application has been filed by the petitioners for anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegations made in the FIR, seven named accused persons, including the petitioners assaulted the informant with lathi as a result of which the informant sustained injury on his head as also injury on his hand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegations made in the FIR are false and concocted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35136 of 2019(2) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 There is case and counter case between the parties with the correct version having been given in the FIR being Chandauti P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In view of the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Partha Sarthy, J) sushma/- U T
