The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with P.R. Case No. 92 of 2021, Excise Case No. 57 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a), 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the number of allegations and number of cases relating to Excise Act against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
