The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34955 of 2019(3) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
