Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No.153C2 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police intercepted a TATA ACE GOLD vehicle bearing Registration No.BR-08G-4595 and recovered 104.400 litres of Indian made foreign liquor from the vehicle. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in jail since 14.07.2020. The petitioner has remained in jail for six months for recovery of 104.400 litres of Indian made foreign liquor.
