2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For a direction upon the concerned respondents to consider the regularization/ absorption of the service of the petitioner on the post of Computer Operator in U.R. College, Rosera, Samastipur, a constituent college under Lalit Narayan Mithila University (L.N.M.U.) Darbhanga as the petitioner is regularly working against the duly sanctioned and vacant post of computer operator since 2013.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9774 of 2022(6) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 (ii) For a direction upon the concerned respondents to pay the due salary/ wages from August 2016 to the petitioner and the current wages as the petitioner is continuously working on the vacant & sanctioned post of Computer Operator in U.R. College, Rosera, Samastipur. (iii) For grant of any other relief/ reliefs of which the petitioner may be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case and in ends of justice."

Considering the reliefs prayed in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondents No.5 and 6 along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the Respondents No.5 and 6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone to the merit of the case.
