That this writ application is preferred on the behalf of the petitioner above named for issuing direction/ directions, order/ orders Commanding the respondents authorities to pay the J.P. Samman Pension as a relief, provided to such of the persons who were detained under the maintenance of the Security Act 1971 (Misa) under defence of India rules (D.I.R) in between the period 18. 3. 1974 to 21.3.1977, for having participated in the movement led by late Loknayak Jai Prakash against the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
