The petitioner is a Block Niyojit Teacher at Utkramit Madhya Vidyalay (Updgraded Middle School), Bahorba, Block - Bithan, District - Samastipur, who has filed this writ petition against action of the respondent authorities, whereby, the payment of the salary of the petitioner has been stopped. According to the petitioner, the stoppage of the petitioner's salary has been done because of an FIR which has

Patna High Court CWJC No.9898 of 2025(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 been lodged against the petitioner by the Officers of the Vigilance Investigation Bureau, Patna vide Larjhaghat P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023.

Since, the petitioner is a Block teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above directions.
