Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.09 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 384, 386, 307, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is a member of gang. Two gangs were involved in fighting for illegal sand mining and they opened fire on each other.

Considering the fact that allegations are serious in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46815 of 2021(4) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
