Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 28.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61753 of 2018 and the allegation is of firing on the left temporal region of the husband of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has filed this application for provisional bail on the ground that his wife is suffering from infection in kidney and she has been advised by the Doctor for treatment at All India Medical Science at New Delhi and there is no other family member to look after her.
Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail. .

No.40182 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with direction to the learned court below that if the petitioner files any such application for provisional bail, he will examine the material including the medical prescription and other things and only being satisfied he will pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by earlier rejection by this Court if possible within a period of one week from the date of filing of such application for provisional bail . With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
