It is submitted that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was only of seven years old and, as such, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to move before the learned court below for sending the case of the petitioner to Juvenile Justice Board and on this ground, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this criminal miscellaneous. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move before the learned court below on the ground of juvenility.
