The services of the petitioners have been terminated inter alia on grounds that the certificate of having passed the Teachers Eligibility Test was found to be forged. The certificate has not even been enclosed by the petitioners. Meaning thereby the allegation is confirmed.

No cause for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
