Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case in brief is that during investigation of UD Case no. 5 of 2018, police got information that the deceased died due to torture committed by her mother in law, father in law and Nanad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Victim died at her parents' house for which aforesaid UD case had been lodged by her mother. Husband of the deceased has not been made accused. Petitioner further contends that petitioner is Nanad and she is a married lady and has nothing to do with

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Sadar Police Station Case No. 418 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
