Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 385 of 2021 lodged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 498A, 428, 304 and 34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that all the family members of the husband of the deceased have been made accused in this case. The petitioners are Petitioner No. 1 is the Nanad and Petitioner No. 2 is the Gotni of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed under Section 306/34

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37109 of 2022(2) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submit that the husband of Sonela Devi has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60329 of 2021. He further submits that Petitioner No. 1 Rani Devi is married nanad and she has nothing to do with the family affairs of his brother. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submit that both the accused are in custody since 23.03.2022 having clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 385 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
